We have an immediate opening for a front desk associate in a brand new, state of the art functional and integrative medical clinic located in Annville, PA.
We are seeking a self motivated, strong communicator, who does not get overwhelmed by multitasking.
The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, is outgoing, detail oriented, and doesn't sweat the small stuff.
This job will include performing various administrative tasks, office efficiency, rooming patients, and assisting in the application of therapies.
Late morning and early evening hours are required.
No experience is necessary, we will train anyone who is dedicated and works well with others.
Responsibilities greeting patients checking patients in and out directing patient flow collecting payments scheduling patients in online system providing proper documentation to patients keeping accurate daily and weekly records answering phones retrieving and returning voicemail/email messages communicating with other team members effectively assisting in the application of therapies for patients Skills/Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent Friendly and Outgoing Detail oriented Multitasking Works well within a team Excellent computer skills Excellent Phone Skills Customer Service Skills Job Type:
