The QRC Airborne ISR Systems Division of the Airborne Solutions Group of Leidos currently has an opening for an Aircraft Simulator Scheduler supporting the Army National Guard (ANG) Aviation Training Services and Operational Support (ATSOS) program in Annville, PA.
Leidos is the prime contractor providing flight training, simulation training, classroom instruction and schoolhouse support activities including the One Army School System (OASS) integration, and Aviation Life Support Equipment (ALSE) maintenance for platforms and simulation devices in use or anticipated to be in use by the Army National Guard.
Leidos is hiring an Aircraft Simulator Scheduler to conduct daily scheduling and usage tracking for all ARNG simulators utilizing RFMSS and ensure that all devices are being reported in RFMSS.
The scheduler located at Ft.
Indiantown Gap will be responsible for scheduling all devices at this location.

Primary
Responsibilities:
Report scheduling and usage metrics in the Task Order Monthly Report.
Develop, update and publish schedules via database Track schedule changes and prepare monthly reports for flight simulators and hardware maintenance trainers Coordinate with War Fighter Focus Contract and or Army TADSS Maintenance Plan (ATMP) simulator maintenance contractor.
Coordinate with regional users, National Guard Bureau, PEO-STRI representatives to ensure proper utilization of allocated hours/devices IAW FR 350-1 and AR 95-1.
Verify and correct as required the WFF/ATMP contractor's monthly contractor device performance reports and forward to COTR/COR Document and provide device hours/utilization in preparation of Quarterly and Annual reports.
Maintain scheduling database through periodic maintenance actions Maintain a publication library that includes historical information and facilities reports for all simulators.
Required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent and 3 to 5 years' related experience.
Experience conducting simulator scheduling in the Army range and facility scheduling system (RFMSS).
Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret level security clearance; an interim Secret level security clearance is acceptable to begin work.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products.
Previous experience at EAATS, HAATS, WAATS or U.
S.
Army Aviation Training Center.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $46,800.
00 - $84,600.
